摘要
在资源节约型、环境友好型社会的发展要求下,怎样降低工业发展过程中有害气体的排放成为相关人员需要思考和解决的问题。电除尘是一种利用强电场使气体电离,即产生电晕放电,进而使粉尘荷电,并在电场力的作用下,将粉尘从气体中分离出来的除尘装置。将其应用到焦化炉烟气净化领域能够提升烟气净化成效,为此,本文在阐述焦化炉尾气处理工艺的基础上,结合电除尘器的内涵和设计特点,就电除尘在焦化炉烟气净化中的运用问题和优化措施进行了探究,旨在促进焦化炉烟气净化更好发展。
Under the development requirements of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,how to reduce the emission of harmful gases in the process of industrial development has become a problem that relevant personnel need to think about and solve.Electrostatic precipitator is a dust removal device that uses a strong electric field to ionize a gas,that is,generates a corona discharge,thereby charging the dust,and separating the dust from the gas under the action of the electric field force.Applying it to the field of coke oven flue gas purification can improve the effectiveness of flue gas purification.For this reason,based on the coking furnace tail gas treatment process,combined with the connotation and design features of the electrostatic precipitator,the electric dedusting in the coke oven flue gas The application problems and optimization measures in purification were explored to promote the better development of coke oven flue gas purification.
