Environmental administrative law enforcement,as an important part of the construction of environmental legal system,plays an important role in promoting the implementation of environmental protection decision-making and the construction of socialist ecological civilization and the implementation of the scientific development concept.This paper analyzes the current crux of the basic environmental law enforcement,and puts forward specific solutions to the existing law enforcement difficulties.It has positive practical significance for further dissection of grassroots environmental law enforcement,improving law enforcement efficiency and protecting the environment.
