开封市地下应急供水水源地建设问题及对策

随着郑汴一体化的快速推进,开封市的水资源供需矛盾日益突出。城市集中式饮用水供水应急能力建设需要加强,水源突发环境事件应急预案需要进一步完善。建议加强地下水专项水文地质调查、地下水污染调查评价,规范城区地下水监测系统,科学选择和评价应急供水水源地,加强应急供水水源地的勘察和建设,以确保饮用水安全。

With the rapid advancement of Zhengzhou's integration,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Kaifeng City has become increasingly prominent.The emergency capacity building of urban centralized drinking water supply needs to be strengthened,and the emergency plan for sudden environmental incidents of water sources needs to be further improved.It is recommended to strengthen the special hydrogeological investigation of groundwater, groundwater pollution investigation and evaluation,standardize the urban groundwater monitoring system,scientifically select and evaluate the emergency water supply source,and strengthen the investigation and construction of the emergency water supply source to ensure the safety of drinking water.
