医疗废物焚烧项目环保竣工验收存在的问题及对策研究

做好医疗废物焚烧项目竣工环保验收,对发挥项目在医疗废物焚烧处理中的作用等具有积极的现实意义。本文在分析了医疗废物焚烧项目污染物产生情况,以及项目环保验收存在的问题基础上,从前期准备、现场踏勘、验收监测、焚烧物配伍和公众意见收集等方面提出了验收的重点,为规范项目环保竣工验收提供参考。

It is of practical significance to do a good job in the environmental protection acceptance of the medical waste incineration project and to play the role of the project in the treatment of medical waste incineration.Based on the analysis of the pollutants generated by the medical waste incineration project and the problems of environmental protection acceptance of the project,this paper puts forward the focus of acceptance from the aspects of preliminary preparation,on-site exploration, acceptance monitoring,incineration compatibility and public opinion collection.The project provides reference for environmental protection completion acceptance.
