特种功能防火门产品的研发及应用

核岛防火门不仅要求具有较高的耐火隔热性能,同时还要求具有特定的抗震、高寿命、防冷烟及安全逃生等多重功能。本文以国内某核电站特种功能防火门产品为例,结合以往核电特种门设计和加工经验,对三代核电特种防火门产品的功能要求、材料选型、结构设计和功能验证等关键技术进行了论述和总结。

Fire doors for the nuclear island not only require fire resistance and heat insulation performance, but also require multiple functions such as specific earthquake resistance, high life, cold smoke prevention and safe escape. This paper takes a fire door with special function as an example, which works for a nuclear power plant in China. Combined with design and processing experience of the previous nuclear power special doors, it has a discussion and summary about the key technologies, such as functional requirements, material selection, structural design and functional verification for the three generations of nuclear power special fire door products.
