产学研用一体化机器人学科建设 被引量:24

摘要 随着国家对人工智能和机器人产业的高度重视,加上工业4.0时代社会对于智能化生产生活的普遍需求,机器人学科以前所未有的速度迅猛发展。与此同时机器人行业人才缺口日益凸显。近年来机器人已经作为新生专业或新颖课程逐步引入中小学乃至大学教育中。但国内高校本科机器人专业设置时间较晚,尚不足以评估培养效果;中小学的科学教育课程以机器人为实例的情况普及程度仍有欠缺。提出了产学研用融合的机器人学科教育体系架构,从用人单位的岗位需求和人才能力需求以及教育机器人产业化的实际大型持续性项目出发,分析人才培养的具体方向和课程及内容设置。开展机器人科普教育系列课程、高等教育系列课程和高级研修系列课程,将课堂教学与科学研究、产业化项目、学生就业融合成有机的整体,使机器人学科建设真正切实可行地服务社会并滋生科研成果,同时从中培养出用人单位急需的专业化应用型人才。 With emphasis of Chinese government on AI and robot industry, general demand on intelligent production and life is characterized in the time of industry 4.0. Thereafter robotics is developed at an unprecedented speed, which leads to serious lack of specialist. In recent years, robots have been gradually introduced into primary schools, secondary schools and even university education as a novel curriculum. However, the establishment of undergraduate robot specialty in domestic universities is relatively late so that it is difficult to evaluate the effect of robot education. The popularity of science education curriculum in primary and secondary schools is still lacking case of robot. This paper puts forward a novel architecture of robot subject for the integration of production, teaching and research while analyzed the specific direction and curriculum and content settings of talent training based on the position and talent demand of the employers and the practical large-scale sustainable projects of the industrialization of education robot. Various levels of robot course were drawn up including scientific popularization education series, higher education series and advanced study series by integrating classroom teaching, scientific research, industrialization project and work position demand. Consequently, the robot discipline construction can serve the society effectively, create scientific research achievements as well as train the specialized and application-oriented talents urgently needed by the enterprises.
