摘要
本科拔尖创新人才培养是“双一流”建设的重要内涵,研究性实验教学是提升本科生实践能力与创新能力的有效途径。具有行业背景的高校在创新人才培养过程中,既要围绕拔尖创新,也应立足行业特色。结合具有矿业特色的中国矿业大学本科生拔尖创新人才培养,开展研究性实验教学探索。结合具体的热管实验平台的构建,对本科生参与甚至主导实验实践环节中的学以致用和以用促学的过程进行了介绍,并总结实验教学实践的效果,给出相应的思考和建议。希望对本科拔尖创新人才培养教学改革尤其是实验教学有一定的借鉴意义。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the important connotation of double top construction, and the research-based experimental teaching is an effective way to improve the practical ability and innovation ability of undergraduates. In the process of cultivating innovative talents, universities with industry background should focus on innovation and also base on industry characteristics. In this paper, the research-based experiment teaching is carried out in combination with the cultivation of innovative talents of undergraduates of China University of Mining and Technology with the mining features. The experiment process that students participate in or even dominate is introduced combined with experimental platform construction of specific heat pipe. The effect of experimental teaching is summarized and the thinking and suggestions are presented. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in the teaching reform of innovative talent cultivation, especially the experimental teaching.
