学生创新能力的培养是高校人才培养的重要使命之一,提高学生创新能力的方式有多种,学科竞赛活动的开展是较为有效的方式之一。常熟理工学院作为一所新建应用型本科院校,明确了正确的人才培养目标,以学科竞赛活动开展为载体,结合创新人才培养的互动机制培养应用型创新人才。通过构建有效的创新能力培养模式,完善人才培养质量监控体系,营造良好的校园创新氛围等,在培养具有创新精神和创新能力的应用型人才方面进行了探索和实践,取得了显著成果。

The cultivation of students’ innovative ability is one of the most important missions in colleges. With various approaches to improve students’ innovative ability, the subject competition is one of the most effective ways. Changshu Institute of Technology, as a new application-oriented college, has further formulated the goal of talent cultivation and cultivated applied innovative talents by subject competition. It has made some achievements in innovative ability training by formulating the cultivation mode of innovative ability, improving the monitoring system, creating a good atmosphere and so on.
