摘要 对鞍千选矿厂赤铁矿石进行浮选试验,基于条件试验和正交试验设计方法,研究pH值、淀粉、氧化钙和TD-Ⅱ用量对浮选的影响。结果表明:适宜的pH值为12.0,淀粉用量为1600g/t,氧化钙用量为500g/t,TD-Ⅱ用量为800g/t,Fe精矿品位为60.26%,回收率为70.26%;应用正交试验设计方法,确定最佳的浮选分离条件为pH值12.0,淀粉用量2000g/t,氧化钙用量700g/t,TD-Ⅱ用量600g/t,Fe精矿品位为65.39%,回收率为91.14%,分别提高5.13%和20.88%,浮选药剂之间的交互作用会显著影响分选效果。 The as-received hematite ore sample from Anshan-Qian processing plant was subjected to flotation experiments. The one-factor at a time studies showed that the maximum Fe grade and recovery were 60.26% and 70.26% respectively at the best conditions of 12 pH, 1.6 kg/t starch dosage, 0.5 kg/t calcium oxide dosage, and 0.8 kg/t collector dosage. On the other hand, the orthogonal experimental test design was employed to find the optimum conditions. The design showed that the maximum Fe grade and recovery are 65.39% and 91.14% respectively at the optimum conditions of 12 pH, 2.0 kg/t starch dosage, 0.7 kg/t calcium oxide dosage, and 0.6 kg/t collector dosage. This means there is an interaction between the operation conditions enhancing the flotation performance of hematite ore.
