摘要 本试验研究了典型锂辉石精矿微波场中晶型转化工艺,对微波焙烧过程中温度及时间对渣中锂浸出率的影响进行了分析对比,并与常规炉窑加热的相变条件进行了比较。研究结果表明,两种加热方式得到的相变条件基本一致,但采用微波加热相变的浸出残渣含锂(Li2O)降低至0.2%内,大幅提高锂的冶金回收率10%以上。微波场辅助相变是一种高效节能的晶型转化方式。 In this experiment, the crystallization transformation process of typical pyroxene concentrate in microwave field was studied, and the influence of temperature and time on the leaching rate of lithium in slag was analyzed and compared with that of conventional furnace heating. The results showed that the phase transition conditions obtained by the two heating methods were basically the same,but the lithium content of ore could be reduced to less than 0.2% by microwave heating, and the lithium leaching rate is increased by more than 10%. Microwave field-assisted phase transformation was an efficient and energy-saving way.
