摘要 转炉钢渣的化学组成跟水泥相似,但是由于钢渣的胶凝活性低,安定性差,使其不能像水泥一样充分利用到建筑材料中去,因此本文将生石灰、粉煤灰、矿渣作为调质组分加入到钢渣中对其进行重构,得到重构钢渣。研究表明:试验中的重构钢渣的胶凝活性都比原钢渣高,并且随着煅烧温度的升高,重构钢渣中生成的胶凝活性矿物逐渐增多,重构温度为1400℃时得到的钢渣的胶凝活性较高;水淬可以使重构钢渣中分解出来的f-CaO、f-MgO迅速包裹到玻璃体中,提高钢渣的安定性;其中在煅烧温度为1400℃,冷却制度为水淬,生石灰掺量为10%,粉煤灰含量为8%,唐钢钢渣为82%时重构钢渣的胶凝活性最好。 The chemical composition of converter steel slag is similar to that of cement. However, the application of steel slag in cement and concrete industry is restricted because of the low cementitious and the bad soundness. In this study, a novel method was developed to restructure the steel slag, which by incorporating adjusting materials such as lime, fly ash and slag into the steel slag. It showed that: the modified steel slag has high cementitious than raw steel slag, with the increase of temperature the high cementitious minerals are gradually increased, and when the temperature is 1400℃ the reconstructed steel slag has high cementitious activity. Water quenching can make the f-CaO, f-MgO quickly wrapped into the vitreous body to improve the soundness of steel slag. And the reconstructed steel slag has the best cementitious activity under the calcination temperature of 1400℃, and the cooling system is water quenching when the adding of lime is 5%, fly ash is 9% and Tangshan steel slag is 86%.
