摘要
工程造价咨询业务伴随着某机构长期从事固定资产投资管理和代行财政职能衍生并发展,是独具该机构特色和品牌优势的一项咨询类业务产品。本文尝试从服务营销的角度对某机构工程造价咨询业务发展现状进行思考和分析,发现业务发展的主要问题,并重点围绕产品、人员、过程管理、促销组合及有形展示五个方面提出相应的业务发展策略,希望对促进工程造价咨询业务健康持续发展做出有益探索。
Engineering cost consulting business is a consulting business product with unique an institution,which derives and develops from its long-term fixed asset investmfunctions.This paper tries to consider and analyze the development status of engineering cost consulation business in an institution from the perspective of service marketing,and finds out the mainputs forward corresponding business development strategies focusing on five aspecmanagement,promotion mix and tangible display,hoping to promote engineering co:exploration for the healthy and sustainable development of business.
