Research on the Standardization of Simulated Bill of Quantities of General Contracting Project:Taking one Fine Decoration Residential Project as an Example

分析总承包工程模拟工程量清单标准化的作用,包括有效提升招标效率,降低招标风险,控制工程造价等。以精装修住宅项目为例,阐述结构合理、列项全面、特征描述清晰和工程量分布科学等标准化原则,给出总承包工程模拟工程量清单标准化结构。

This paper analyzes the effect of standardizing the simulated bill of quantities of general contracting project,including effectively improving the bidding efficiency,reducing the bidding risk and controlling the project cost.Taking the fine decoration residential project as an example,expounds the principles of standardizing the simulated bill of quantities as reasonable structure,comprehensive items,clear description of the features and scientific distribution of quantities,gives a set of standardization system for the simulated bill of quantities of general contracting project.
