降低小中空吹塑聚乙烯带黑点粒子产品批次比例的技术措施

Technical Measures to Reduce Production Batches of Small Hollow Polyethylene with Black Dots

中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置采用Innovene S双环管淤浆工艺,生产小中空吹塑料HD5502W超过12万t/a。对HD5502W产品中带黑点的现象进行原因分析,通过优化挤压造粒机操作流程、稳定工艺控制、加强设备维护及加强运行监控4方面,成功将一个生产周期内HD5502W带黑点粒子产品批次占总产品批次的比例从峰值75%降低到10%以下,提升了产品质量和市场竞争力。

The high density polyethylene(HDPE)plant in Sinopec-SK(Wuhan)petrochemical company,which used the Innovene S double loops technology to produce small hollow blow molding polyethylene resin HD5502W about 120 000 tons/a.After analyzing the cause of black dots in HD5502W pellets,by optimizing the pelletizer operation procedures,stabilizing processing control,reinforcing facilities maintenance and operation monitoring,the proportion of HD5502W production batches which contains black dots significantly decreases from 75%to less than 10%in one production cycle.It successfully improves the quality and competitiveness of HD5502W.
