摘要 墙壁开关通常使用材料为聚碳酸酯(PC),高耐热、高韧性的特点使其成为这一领域的传统使用材料。部分开关需喷漆,油漆附着后PC性能下降严重,存在断裂风险。对聚碳酸酯进行耐油漆、耐溶剂改性研究。研究结果表明,使用结晶聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)树脂可显著提高PC的耐溶剂性能,同时配合耐高温树脂的加入,保证材料可通过125 ℃球压测试和850 ℃灼热丝测试,使其能够满足墙壁开关的行业要求。 Wall switches were made of PC usually,which was characterized by high heat resistance and high toughness,making it a traditional material used in this field.Some switches needed to be painted,and the polycarbonate(PC)performance was seriously degraded after the paint was attached,and there was a risk of breakage.Therefore the modification of polycarbonate for its paint and solvent resistant was studied.The results show that the use of crystalline polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)resin could improve the solvent resistance of PC significantly,and with the addition of high temperature resistant resin,the material could pass the 125 ℃ ball pressure test and 850 ℃ glow wire test.Therefore it could meet the industry requirements of wall switch.
