摘要
利用流体力学软件Polyflow对场协同螺杆计量段中的关键部件扭转元件进行了结构优化,模拟了螺槽深度、螺棱宽度和螺棱数量对扭转元件出口截面温度、整体表面传热系数和场协同数的影响,确定了场协同螺杆计量段扭转元件的最佳结构。引入流道宽度和深度的比值综合评价结构参数改变对其强化传热效果的影响。
The structure optimization of the key components in the measurement section of field synergistic screw was carried out by using the software Polyflow.The effects of groove depth,width and number of screw edges on the outlet section temperature,overall surface heat transfer coefficient and field synergy number of the reverse element were simulated.And the optimum structure of reverse element in measuring section of field synergistic screw was determined.The ratio of channel width to depth was introduced to evaluate the effect of structural parameters on heat transfer enhancement.
