摘要
针对净水器滤瓶盖传统水路冷却方案存在的问题,结合产品结构特点,设计了随形水路冷却系统,并借助Moldflow模拟仿真软件,利用有限元(FEM)冷却求解器,采用周期内瞬态冷却分析模式,分析比较了传统水路冷却方案和随形水路冷却方案的冷却效果。结果表明,与传统水路冷却方案相比,采用随形水路冷却方案可以显著提高模具的冷却效率和温度分布均匀性,其中冷却效率提高了28.2%,周期内模具温度分布均匀性提高了40.6%,冷却结束时模具温度分布均匀性提高了87.7%,产品表面温度均匀性提高了87.1%。
Aiming at the problems of traditional channel cooling scheme for filter lid of water purifier,combining the characteristics of product structure,the cooling system of comformal channel was designed.And with the help of Moldflow software,the cooling effect of traditional channel scheme and conformal cooling scheme was analyzed and compared by using finite element(FEM)cooling solver and transient in cycle analysis mode.The results show that the cooling efficiency and temperature distribution of the mold could be improved considerably.The cooling efficiency has improved 28.3%,the temperature distribution uniformity of the mold has improved 40.6%in the cycle and 87.7%at the end of cooling.The temperature distribution of the part surface has improved 87.1%at the end of cooling.
