摘要
以丙烯酸树脂为黏结剂,通过多步喷涂法将聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)与疏水改性的纳米二氧化硅(SiO2 )固定在农膜表面,制备了一种坚固、耐磨、具有超疏水和防尘性能的透明低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)农膜。对材料进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、接触角(CA)等表征,以及对制备的超疏水LDPE膜进行了透光率和防尘性能测试。结果表明:制备的超疏水LDPE膜表面粗糙,接触角可达161°,低表面张力(23.7 mN/m,比普通膜低12.5 mN/m),可见光透过率为86.85%,在表面的粉尘留存率比普通膜降低44.7%。与普通膜相比,超疏水LDPE农膜具有超疏水性、高稳定性和良好的防尘性。
A robust,wear-resistant,superhydrophobic and dust-proof transparent low-density polyethylene(LDPE)agricultural film was prepared by multi-step spraying to fix polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and hydrophobically modified nano-silicon dioxide on the surface of the agricultural film,using acrylic resin as binder.The materials were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray spectrum(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),contact angle(CA),and the prepared superhydrophobic LDPE film was tested for light transmittance and dust resistance.The results show that the prepared superhydrophobic LDPE film has a rough surface and contact angle could achieve 161°.The low surface tension is 23.7 mN/m,which is 12.5 mN/m lower than ordinary film and the visible light transmittance is 86.85%.The dust retention rate on the surface is 44.7%lower than the ordinary film.Comparing with the ordinary membranes,superhydrophobic LDPE agricultural membranes have super hydrophobicity,high stability and good dust resistance.
