摘要
分析了新零售给末端物流带来的挑战,并以广州市城市社区末端的物流体系为研究对象,介绍了其具体体系结构,并对几种末端物流模式、末端支付手段进行了分析,总结了广州市社区末端物流体系的特点,并在此基础上提出了具体的优化思路。
This paper analyzes the challenges brought by the new retail to the endpoint logistics business, and with the urban communities in Guangzhou as the object, introduces the specific architecture of the endpoint logistics system for them and analyzes the working modes and means of delivery of several endpoint logistics practices. Next, it summarizes the characteristics of the urban community endpoint logistics system in Guangzhou and, on such basis, proposes the specific measures for its optimization.
