摘要
在低温弱光条件下,对5个甜椒试材的幼苗生长和生理指标的变化规律进行研究。结果表明,各品种(系)的冷害指数、膜透性均随胁迫时间的延长而增加,可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸、丙二醛随着胁迫时间的延长先增加后降低。综合评价各项生理指标,5个甜椒品种(系)耐低温弱光性由强到弱依次为TJ-17-3、TJ-17-4、TJ-17-5、TJ-17-1和TJ-17-2。
The changes of seedling growths and physiological indexes of five sweet pepper cultivars were studied under low temperature and low light density. Results show that the chilling injury index and membrane permeability of the cultivars increased with the prolongation of stress time. While,the contents of the soluble protein,proline,and MDA increased firstly and then decreased with the prolongation of stress time. Comprehensive evaluation of the physiological indexes indicated that tolerance to low temperature and low light density among the 5 cultivars decreased in the order of TJ-17-3,TJ-17-4,TJ-17-5,TJ-17-1 and TJ-17-2.
