涮辣浸提液对大白菜化感作用的初步探究

摘要 为研究涮辣对大白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用,本试验采用提取涮辣植株浸提液的方式对大白菜种子进行处理。结果表明:不同浓度的涮辣植株水浸提液对大白菜种子萌发的化感效应不同,具体表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制。高浓度(0.10g/mL)的涮辣植株水浸提液对大白菜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的化感作用分别为-0.94、-0.96、-0.94,低浓度(0.0008g/mL)的涮辣植株水浸提液对大白菜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的化感作用分别为0.07、0.06、0.07。不同浓度的涮辣植株水浸提液对大白菜幼苗生长的化感效应也表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制,高浓度(0.10g/mL)的涮辣植株水浸提液对大白菜幼苗根长、茎长、根质量的化感效应分别为-1、-0.13、-1,低浓度(0.0008g/mL)的涮辣植株水浸提液对大白菜幼苗根长、茎长、根质量的化感效应分别为0.04、0.24、0.30。 The allelopathic effects of Shuanla leaching solution on seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage were studied in the paper. The Chinese cabbage seeds were treated with Shuanla leaching solution. The results showed low concentration of leaching solution had promotion effects,and high concentration had inhibition effects. The high concentration (0.10 g/mL) of Shuanla leaching solution showed allelopathic effects of -0.94,-0.96,and -0.94 on germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Chinese cabbage,respectively. The low concentration of Shuanla leaching solution (0.0008 g/mL) exhibited allelopathic effects of 0.07,0.06 and 0.07 on the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of Chinese cabbage,respectively. The different allelopathic effects of Shuanla leaching solution with different concentrations on the growth of Chinese cabbage seedlings were also observed. The allelopathic effects of 0.10 g/mL Shuanla leaching solution on root length,stem length,and root weight of Chinese cabbage seedlings were -1,-0.13,-1, respectively. The allelopathic effects of 0.0008 g/mL Shuanla leaching solution on the root length,stem length, and root weight of Chinese cabbage seedlings were 0.04,0.24 and 0.30,respectively.
