摘要
肘关节是人体脱位发生率最高的关节之一,常合并肘部骨折。合并冠状突及桡骨头骨折的肘关节脱位预后不理想,被称为肘关节恐怖三联征(terrible triad injury,TTI),常合并肘关节侧副韧带损伤。根据生物力学分析,TTI损伤严重破坏肘关节的稳定结构,手法复位的保守治疗预后差。早期手术治疗,将各个损伤成分进行修复,在提供足够的关节稳定性的前提下尽早行术后康复功能锻炼已成为目前治疗TTI的主流共识。随着外科手术技术及内植物材料的不断发展,对于肘关节各个损伤成分治疗方法的选择呈现多样化趋势。
Elbow joint is one of the joints with the highest incidence of dislocation in human body.Elbow dislocation associated with coronal and radial head fractures has an unfavorable prognosis,which is known as the terrible triad of elbow joint.According to biomechanical analysis,TTI injury seriously damaged the stable structure of the elbow joint,and the conservative treatment of manual reduction had a poor prognosis.Early surgical treatment,repair of each injured component,and early postoperative rehabilitation exercise under the premise of providing sufficient joint stability have become the mainstream consensus for the treatment of TTI.With the development of surgical techniques and implant materials,the selection of treatment methods for various components of elbow injuries presents a diversified trend.
