加替沙星眼用温敏凝胶流变学特性和体外释放研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对加替沙星眼用温敏凝胶的流变学特性和体外释药行为进行评价。方法采用马尔文流变仪对加替沙星眼用温敏凝胶的流变学特性进行研究;利用Franz扩散池,采用透析膜法考察了加替沙星眼用温敏凝胶的释药情况。结果流变学研究结果显示胶凝温度为33℃;体外释药研究表明加替沙星眼用温敏凝胶缓释效果明显,未出现突释效应,在12h内累积释药量达到61%。结论加替沙星眼用凝胶具有良好的热敏感性和缓释作用,有望在临床中得到应用。 Objective To evaluate the rheological properties of Gatifloxacin Eye Thermosensitive Gel and sustained release in vitro. Methods Rheometer was used to investigate rheological properties of Gatifloxacin Eye Thermosensitive Gel.The release of gatifloxacin from the gels was investigated by dialysis membrane method with Franz diffusion cell. Results Its gelling temperature was at 33 ℃;In vitro drug release studies showed that the sustained release effect of Gatifloxacin Eye Thermosensitive Gel was obvious,no sudden release effect was observed,and the accumulative drug release reached 61% within 12 hours. Conclusion Gatifloxacin Eye Thermosensitive Gel has good thermal sensitivity and slow release in vitro.It is expected to be used in clinic.
