价值·制度·组织:新时代中国共产党组织力的政治逻辑探究——基于“一体化结构”的分析框架

Value,system,organization:A study of the political logic of the organizational power of the Communist Party of China in the new era——An analytical framework based on “integrated structures”

中国共产党带领全国人民群众从世界"边缘"走向世界"中心",创造出世界性的世纪奇迹,强大的组织力是关键因素之一。将历史与逻辑相统一,借鉴"一体化结构"的分析框架,为我们探究中国共产党组织力的逻辑原点,总结其政治逻辑和生长空间提供了科学的研究方法。中国共产党组织力不是一种"量"的简单叠加,而是综合因素共同作用的"质"的体现,即中国共产党组织力是价值、制度、组织达到内在耦合性状态,形成协调共进的"一体化结构",以实现有效的政治整合和社会建构。因此,新时代中国共产党组织力的运行机理为:政党价值体系与社会价值认同的相互统一、政党制度化与社会对制度认同的相互统一、基层党组织与社会组织形成一体化合力。

The Communist Party of China( CPC) led the Chinese people from the"margin"of the world to the "center"of the world and created the miracle inthe world,and strong organization is one of the key factors.By combining history with logic and referring to the analytical framework of "integration structure",this paper provides a scientific research method to explore the logical origin of CPC’s organizational power and summarize its political logic and growth space. The organizational power of the Communist Party of China is not a simple superposition of "quantity",but an embodiment of the "quality"jointly acted by comprehensive factors. That is to say,the organizational power of the Communist Party of China is the internal coupling state of values,system and organization to form the "integration structure"that coordinates the common progress,so as to achieve effective political integration and social construction. Therefore,the operating mechanism of the organizational power of the CPC in the new era is: the mutual integration of the party value system and social value identity,the mutual integration of the party institutionalization and social identity,and the integration of grassroots party organizations and social organizations.
