基于Clustr-analysis法对过敏性疾病影响因素的计量分析

Quantitative analysis of influential factors of allergic diseases based on Clustr-analysis method

针对过敏性疾病的影响因素,运用多元线性拟合、Clustr-analysis算法及典型相关分析等方法,构建了基于多元聚集度相关指标的回归函数模型和聚类分析模型.使用MATLAB,SPSS等软件编程,分析过敏性疾病与年龄、季节、性别的相关分布关系.结果表明,60岁附近的人容易感染过敏性疾病,秋季与冬季对过敏性疾病的影响程度大于春季与夏季,绝大多数过敏性疾病种类中男女的患病人数近似相同.基于Clustr-analysis法对过敏性疾病病原体产生情况进行分析,根据7类过敏原种类将26种过敏性疾病分为5类,呼吸类与皮肤类这2种过敏性疾病的类型与其它种类的过敏性疾病类型差别较大.针对过敏性疾病分布特征及其过敏原分类给出相关防范意见.

Aiming at the influence factors of allergic disease,using the methods of multivariate linear fitting,Cluster- analysis algorithm and canonical correlation analysis,constructs the regression function model and clustering analysis model based on multiple aggregation index.Using software such as MATLAB and SPSS,the relationship between allergic diseases and age,season and sex was analyzed.The results showed that people around 60 years old were susceptible to allergic diseases,the influence of autumn and winter on allergic diseases was greater than that of spring and summer,the number of male and female patients in most types of allergic diseases was similar.The pathogens of allergic diseases were analyzed by Cluster-analysis method.According to seven types of allergens,26 kinds of allergic diseases were classified into five categories,the respiratory and skin are quite different from other types of allergic diseases.According to the distribution characteristics of allergic diseases and the classification of allergens, some preventive suggestions are given.
