摘要
随着国家对高层次、应用型人才的迫切需求,高等教育的使命感也愈加强烈,教师的教学实践能力受到普遍关注.以地理专业学位研究生为研究对象,对其教学实践能力存在的观念转变适应能力不足,分析处理教材能力欠缺,缺乏教学组织管理能力,教学技能较差等问题进行了分析.提出了更新教育教学观念,增强分析教材的能力,完善双导师制度,提高教学技能等提升教学实践能力的有效途径.
With the country's urgent demand for high-level and applied talents,the sense of mission in higher education has become increasingly strong,and teachers' teaching practice ability has received widespread attention.Takes geography degree postgraduate as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in their teaching practice ability,such as insufficient ability to adapt to changes in concepts,lack of ability to analyze and deal with teaching materials,lack of teaching organization and management ability,and poor teaching skills. Furthermore,it puts forward some effective ways to improve teaching practice ability,such as updating teaching concepts,enhancing the ability to analyze teaching materials,perfecting the system of double tutors,and improving teaching skills.
