摘要 针对玻璃纤维极易在生产过程中产生各种缺陷和材料内部损伤的问题,提出一种基于地磁场环境下的弱磁检测法。首先分析了玻璃纤维弱磁检测的可行性,然后在地磁场环境没有任何激励的情况下,用实验室开发的阵列型磁性探伤仪对玻璃纤维进行测试,将测试结果与切割验证后的实际缺陷位置进行比较。结果表明,弱磁检测法对玻璃纤维中孔洞检测效果很好,检测结果的二维成像可以将母体中缺陷以图形的形式表现出来,使试件检测结果的判定更加直观。 Aiming at the defects and internal damage of glass fibers in production process,a micro-magnetic detection method based on geomagnetic field environment was worked out.Firstly,the feasibility of micro-magnetic detection for glass fibers was analyzed. Glass fibers were tested by a laboratory-developed array magnetic flaw detector without any excitation in the geomagnetic environment.Comparing the test results with the actual defect position by cutting verification,the results show that the micromagnetic detection method can effectively detect the holes in glass fibers,and the two-dimensional imaging of the detection results can exhibit the defects in the matrix in a graphical form,so that the determination of test results is more exact.
