摘要
以某液化天然气厂中人员分布较多的公共办公区域为重点研究对象,应用挪威船级社(DNV)SAFETI软件中的风险计算方法,定量计算出厂区周边其余设备设施及压力管道对它造成的风险大小,并针对事故后果的范围提出相应的管控措施,最后将该方法的风险分级结果与风险矩阵法的风险分级结果进行对比研究,发现传统意义上的重大危险源造成的风险不一定是最大的,造成风险最大的设备设施也可能是距离人员分布较近区域但危险性物质储存量并不大的设备。结果表明,定量风险分析方法得到的风险分级结果比传统评价方法的分级结果更科学,通过应用该软件介绍定量分析方法如何在实际当中进行风险分级工作,为提高风险分级准确性提供了一个方法,也为风险分级管控提供了理论基础和技术参考。
The accuracy of risk grading results is examined in a public office area with a large number of people in a liquefied natural gas plant by the quantitative risk grading method.A quantitative calculation is made of the risk caused by the rest equipment and facilities as well as the pressure pipelines around the factory area, and corresponding control measures is proposed for the scope of the accident consequences.And a comparative study of the risk grading results by this method with those by the risk matrix method reveals that the risk caused by the significant source of danger in the traditional sense is not necessarily the largest, and the equipment that poses the most risk may also be the one that is located near the area where the personnel are located but the storage of dangerous substances is not large.The results indicate that the risk grading results obtained by the quantitative risk analysis method are more scientific than those by the traditional evaluation methods.Introduce the quantitative analysis method to apply the risk grading work in practice SAFETI is adopted to analyze the application of the quantitative analyze the application of the quantitative analysis method into the risk grading task,Provide a way to improve the accuracy of risk grading,which provides a theoretical basis for and technical reference to risk grading management.
