基于河长制的水生态系统保护探讨——以勐海县纳板河为例

Discussion on Water Ecosystem Protection based on River Chief System-A Case study of Nabanhe River in Menghai County

对勐海县纳板河水生态现状进行了阐述,分析了纳板河水生态系统存在的问题:面源污染、自然保护区保护与发展的矛盾。提出了相应的保护措施。

This paper expounded the present situation of water ecology of Nabanhe River in Menghai County, and analyzed the existing problems in the water ecosystem of Nabanhe River including non-point source pollution, the conflicts between the protection and development of nature reserves. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
