摘要 过硫酸钾消解法-钼锑抗分光光度法是测定水中总磷的预处理方法。传统方法采用高温高压锅加热消解,消解时间需保持30min。通过实验研究,采用微波消解法与传统方法进行比对试验,确认微波消解法可以缩短消解时间,消解时间由30min缩短至7min,该方法与标准方法无显著差异,准确度和精密度都符合质控要求,总磷测定结果较满意。 Potassium persulfate digestion method - molybdenum antimony anti- spectrophotometry is a pretreatment method for determining total phosphorus in water. The traditional method adopts high-temperature pressure cooker to heat digestion, and the digestion time needs to be kept for 30 min. Through experimental research, the microwave digestion method and the traditional method were used for comparison experiments. It was confirmed that the microwave digestion method could shorten the digestion time from 30 min to 7 min. There was no significant difference between this method and the standard method. The accuracy and precision were in line with the quality control requirements, and the total phosphorus determination results were satisfactory.
