Experiences on Fecal Coliform Group Determination by Manifold Zymotechnics

《HJ347.2-2018水质粪大肠菌群的测定多管发酵法》是检测粪大肠菌群的常用标准方法。从易耗品验收管理、人员素质、监测过程的质量控制方面提出个人的几点体会。

The national standard method used to test fecal coliform group is manifold zymotechnics according to “Water quality -- determination of fecal coliform-manifold zymotechnics HJ 347.2-2018”. Based on experimental experiences, key points in terms of the management and check and acceptance of easily-consumed materials, personnel capacity, and quality control of monitoring process were put forward.
