摘要
通过专业训练来规范师范生的教学职业行为势在必行。本文以H大学数学与应用数学(师范)专业为例,对其教学技能训练认同度现状进行调查分析。发现现已进行的师范生技能训练偏向于理论教学,忽视了理论运用到实际中出现问题时的解决办法,仍然缺乏足够的训练广度。调查研究结果不仅为改进现行训练模式提供理论依据,也从研究结论中寻求相应的对策,形成校、师、生协同作用下的递进式训练模式,进而优化教学技能训练方式,更好地促进师范生未来发展。
It is imperative to standardize the professional behavior of normal school students through professional training. Taking the mathematics and applied mathematics majors of H University as an example, this paper makes an analysis of the status quo of recognition degree to normal school students’ teaching skills training. As a result, we have found that normal school students’ teaching skills training lays particular stress to theoretical teaching, ignoring the practical solution to apply theory to practice without sufficient training breadth at present. Our solution not only provides a theoretical foundation to improve the current training mode, but also advances a countermeasure to form a progressive training mode so that a progressive training mode can be formed under the coordination of schools, teachers and students, which will optimize the method of teaching skills training so as to promote the future development of normal university students.
