摘要
采用水热合成法,合成得到F掺杂SnO2/石墨烯复合材料,采用SEM、EDX和XRD等手段对产物进行表征。在可见光的照射下,研究其对罗丹明6G(R6G)的光催化降解效果。结果表明,F掺杂SnO2/石墨烯复合材料可以在60min将10mg/LR6G溶液完全降解。
The Fluorine-doped SnO2/graphene nanocomposite photocatalysts were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the as-synthesized nanocomposite. The photocatalytic activity of the F-SnO2/graphene nanocomposite for the degradation of rhodamine 6G (R6G) were irradiated by visible light. The results show that R6G can be almost completely degraded within 60 min by using F-SnO2/ graphene nanocomposite photocatalysts.
