脊骨神经医学基本原理结合运动康复技术矫正“颈后大包” 被引量:2

Research on the Correction of “Posterior Neck Big Bag” by the Combination of Chiropractic Basic Principles and Sports Rehabilitation Technology

摘要 目的评价脊骨神经医学基本原理结合运动康复技术矫正“颈后大包”的治疗效果。方法选择73例符合“颈后大包”诊断标准的患者,脊骨神经医学基本原理结合运动康复技术进行治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗8周后评价治疗前后各种指标的改善情况。结果患者治疗前后治疗效果明显,治疗前后颈椎功能评分有显著性差异。结论利用脊骨神经医学基本原理结合运动康复技术矫正“颈后大包”治疗方法具有不使用药物、无需手术、安全可靠、经济适用、治疗效果显著、患者容易接受、周期短等特点,值得在运动康复治疗中应用推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of correction of“posterior neck big bag”by the combination of chiropractic basic principles and sports rehabilitation technology. Methods Seventy-three patients who met the diagnostic criteria of“posterior neck big bag”were selected and compared before and after treatment. Two weeks was a course of treatment, and patients were evaluated after eight weeks of treatment. Referring to“Clinical disease diagnosis based on cure and improvement standards”and “Score table for the treatment of cervical spondylosis”, the evaluation content was the relevant indicators of patients before and after treatment. Results The clinical effect of the patients after treatment was obvious, and there was significant difference in cervical vertebral function score after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion The correction of“posterior neck big bag”by the combination of chiropractic basic principles and sports rehabilitation technology was worth popularizing in clinical rehabilitation treatment, and this techniques had the characteristics of no use of drugs, no need of surgery, safety, reliability, economy and applicability, remarkable clinical effect, easy acceptance by patients and short cycle, etc.
