抗战时期苏中三分区减租减息研究

A Study of Rent Reduction Movement in the Third Segment of Suzhong Base Areas During War of Resistance

减租减息是中国共产党在抗战时期推行的一项重要土地政策。由于苏中三分区的农村经济基础薄弱,土地过于集中,地主对农民高利贷盘剥严重。因此,苏中区党委从1940年起,开展了减租减息运动。减租减息实行后,苏中三分区的经济状况得到了一定的改善,群众的抗日积极性有所提高。但减租减息并未彻底解决当时的农村土地问题,在其推行过程中出现了一些过“左”的问题。减租减息为中国共产党以后的土地政策推行提供了宝贵的借鉴经验,并对以后的土地改革有一定的启迪作用。

Rent reduction Movement was an important land policy pursued by the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War. Due to the weak rural economic base of the third Segment of Suzhong Base Areas, the land was too concentrated, and the farmers had been heavily entrenched by the landlord. Therefore, since 1940, the Party Committee of the Suzhong Base Areas had carried out the Rent and Interest Reduction Movement. After the implementation of the movement, the economic situation of the third Segment of Suzhong Base Areas achieved certain improvement, and the people's enthusiasm for the anti-Japanese war also increased. However, the movement did not completely solve the problems of rural land at that time, because some problems of ultra-left policies occurred in the process of its implementation. The Rent and Interest Reduction Movement has provided valuable lessons for the implementation of the policies of the Communist Party of China and has a certain enlightening effect on the Communist Party's land reform.
