立德树人视域下教师话语设计的合作与礼貌原则

摘要 立德树人是教育的根本任务,教师素质是立德树人的关键。教师通过话语对学生开展教育。教师话语具有示范性、交际性、教育性等特点和功能。教师话语的质量是教师基本素质的缩影和体现,在组织课堂教学的过程中起着至关重要的作用,也是立德树人的重要途径。合作与礼貌原则能提升立德树人的话语效果。在立德树人思想指导下,精心设计各教学环节的教师话语,使其符合语言的合作与礼貌原则,从而有利于最大限度地激发学生学习动力,促进人才培养质量的提高,最终达到教育立德树人的效果。 High moral value establishment and people cultivation are the fundamental task of education, and the individual quality of teachers plays the key to such education. Teachers carry out education through discourse, which highlights characteristics and functions of demonstration, communication and pedagogy. The quality of teachers' discourse is the epitome and embodiment of the basic quality of teachers, and it plays a vital role in the process of organizing classroom teaching and is also an important way for high moral values establishment and people cultivation. The principle of cooperation and politeness can enhance effect of education. Under the guidance of the thought of high moral values establishment and people cultivation, the teachers should carefully design the discourse to conform to the principle of language cooperation and politeness so as to be conducive to maximizing the motivation of students' learning, promoting the quality of personnel training, and finally achieving the objectives of education.
