高校体育教师精神文化与精神成长研究

Research on Spirit Culture and Spiritual Growth of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities

通过对河南省部分高校体育教师精神文化状态的调查研究,发现在当前高校体育教师精神文化与精神成长过程中,体育教师自身的文化素质还难以有效地对当代大学生实现精神成长的引领。分析高校体育教师精神文化缺失原因,提出了通过建构其个人教育哲学理念来实现体育教师自我精神的成长,旨在对高校体育教师的精神成长提供帮助。

Through the investigation and research on the spirit culture of the PE teachers in some colleges and universities in Henan Province, it is found that in the process of cultural and spiritual growth of the college PE teachers, they have difficulties to effectively guide the spiritual growth of contemporary college students due to the defects of the teachers' own cultural quality. By analyzing the reasons for the lack of spirit culture, this paper proposes to achieve the growth of self-spirit by constructing the philosophy of individual education, so as to help the spiritual growth of college physical education teachers.
