中医药对腰椎间盘突出症患者椎间孔镜术后残余疼痛症状的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on residual pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery

随着科学技术的进步与时代的发展,越来越多腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者逐渐接受有“微创”之称的椎间孔内镜手术,部分患者行椎间孔镜术后仍有残余疼痛的症状。其机制尚不明确,主流观点认为是在多重因素作用下,引起术后残留腰腿痛等症状。目前中医药对于LDH患者椎间孔镜术后残余疼痛的临床研究成为热点。研究显示,中药内服、中医外治、针灸治疗及康复训练等对腰椎椎间孔镜术后的残余疼痛症状有较好的治疗效果。中医药不仅防止术后瘢痕组织的粘连,而且具有消炎镇痛、改善循环、营养神经、提高免疫等作用。现就中医药对腰椎椎间孔镜术后残余疼痛的临床研究进行归纳汇总,为今后中医药在腰椎椎间孔镜术后残余疼痛治疗提供规范有效的方案。

With the advancement of science and technology and the development of the times,more and more patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)gradually undergo endoscopic surgery with minimally invasive surgery.Some patients still undergo intervertebral foramen surgery.There are symptoms of residual pain.The mechanism is still unclear.The mainstream view is that multiple factors can cause residual lumbago and leg pain after operation.At present,the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine on the residual pain of LDH patients after intervertebral foraminoscopy has become a hot spot.Studies have shown that oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training have a good effect on residual pain symptoms after lumbar intervertebral foramen surgery.Chinese medicine not only prevents the adhesion of scar tissue after operation,but also has the functions of anti-inflammatory and analgesic,improving circulation,nourishing nerve and improving immunity.This article summarizes the clinical research on residual pain after lumbar intervertebral foraminoscopy with traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a standard and effective scheme for the treatment of residual pain after lumbar intervertebral foraminoscopy in the future.
