阿帕替尼联合三维适形放疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of Apatinib combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨阿帕替尼联合三维适形放疗对晚期胃癌的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月萍乡市第二人民医院收治的36例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各18例。对照组给予阿帕替尼进行治疗,观察组给予阿帕替尼联合三维适形放疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率和治疗前后的肿瘤标记物水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)和糖类抗原199(CA199)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的CEA、CA125和CA199水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予晚期胃癌患者阿帕替尼联合三维适形放疗方案,可明显提高疾病治疗效果,降低不良反应总发生率,抑制肿瘤细胞的扩散与转移,值得展开更为广泛的应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Apatinib combined with three-dimensional adaptive radiotherapy on advanced gastric cancer.Methods Thirty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Pingxiang Second People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=18)and observation group(n=18).The control group was treated with Apatinib,the observation group was treated with Apatinib combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate and tumor marker level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the total adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of CEA,CA125 and CA199 in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Apatinib combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer can significantly improve the effect of disease treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells,and is worthy of further application.
