培美曲塞治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of Pemetrexed in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨培美曲塞治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2018年8月我院收治的76例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照动态化随机分组法分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例)。观察组采用顺铂联合培美曲塞治疗,对照组采用顺铂联合多西他赛治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率和生活质量评分高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用培美曲塞治疗非小细胞肺癌,能提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量,降低患者的不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pemetrexed in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases)according to the dynamic random grouping method.The observation group was treated with Cisplatin combined with Pemetrexed,while the control group was treated with Cisplatin combined with Docetaxel.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical application.
