早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果

Effect of early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on feeding intolerance in premature infants

目的分析早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果。方法选取2018年5~11月我院收治的300例早产喂养不耐受患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,每组各150例。对照组给予早期微量喂养治疗,观察组给予早期微量喂养与非营养性吸吮联合治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果经治疗后,观察组患儿的胃食管反流、腹胀以及胃潴留消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的恢复出生体重日龄、达到全胃肠营养时间以及静脉营养时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的第2周末摄奶量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早产喂养不耐受患儿实行早期微量喂养与非营养性吸吮联合治疗可以有效改善其不耐受情况,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on feeding intolerance in premature infants.Methods A total of 300 premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted to our hospital from May to November 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given early micro-feeding treatment,while the observation group was given early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the disappearance time of gastroesophageal reflux,abdominal distension and gastric retention in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery age of birth weight,the time of reaching total gastrointestinal nutrition and the time of intravenous nutrition in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The milk volume in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group at the 2nd weekend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking can effectively relive the intolerance of premature infants with feeding intolerance,which has a high clinical value.
