低温等离子在扁桃体切除术中的应用效果

目的探讨低温等离子在扁桃体切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月~2018年7月我院收治的60例扁桃体切除术患者作为研究对象,根据手术方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行传统扁桃体摘除术治疗,观察组行低温等离子扁桃体切除术治疗。比较两组的手术治疗情况、术后疼痛情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,白膜脱落时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、3、5d的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后7d的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用低温等离子扁桃体切除术能有效减少患者术中的出血量,促进局部组织的修复,缩短患者的手术时间,缓解患者的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of low temperature plasma in tonsillectomy.Methods Sixty patients with tonsillectomy admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different surgical schemes,30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional tonsillectomy,while the observation group received low temperature plasma tonsillectomy.The surgical treatment,postoperative pain and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group,and the time of alveolar membrane falling off was longer than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 1,3 and 5 days after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups at 7 days after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of hypothermic plasma tonsillectomy can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,promote the repair of local tissue,shorten the operation time and relieve the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
