腹腔镜阑尾切除术联合四子散热熨腹部治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy combined with Sizi Powder hot compressing the abdomen in the treatment of acute appendicitis

目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术联合四子散热熨腹部治疗急性阑尾炎临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的97例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=49)。对照组患者采取腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,观察组患者采取腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术联合四子散热熨腹部治疗。比较两组患者的术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后3d彩超检查右下腹腔积液及C反应蛋白异常情况。结果观察组患者的术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的术后3d彩超检查右下腹腔积液(0.00%)、C反应蛋白异常发生率(10.20%)均明显低于对照组(14.58%、52.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜阑尾术联合四子散热熨腹部治疗急性阑尾炎能促进患者术后早期胃肠功能恢复、炎症消散吸收,加速疾病康复,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy combined with Sizi Powder hot compressing the abdomen in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 97 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=49)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy,and patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy combined with Sizi Powder hot compressing the abdomen.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time,and the incidence of 3 days postoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination of right lower abdomen effusion and C-reactive protein abnormalities were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence rates of 3 days postoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination of right lower abdomen effusion(0.00%)and C-reactive protein abnormalities(10.20%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(14.58%,52.08%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The laparoscopic appendectomy combined with Sizi Powder hot compressing the abdomen in the treatment of acute appendicitis can promote early recovery of gastrointestinal function,the dissipation and absorption of inflammation,accelerate the recovery of disease and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
