儿童医院门诊药房的用药交代

本院为三级甲等儿童专科医院,儿童用药的安全问题是大家关注的重点。儿童的不安全或不合理用药和窗口药师指导存在一定的相关性,开展药师用药交代对儿童用药安全具有十分重要的意义。本文主要对本院之前用药交代中存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出改进措施,改进用药交代的内容和形式,以期有效地避免患儿用药不当和错误,从而增强患儿用药的依从性,提高用药的安全性和合理性,提升药学服务质量。

The hospital is a tertiary children hospital,and the safety problem of children taking medications has been drawing growing attention.There is a certain correlation between children′s unsafe or irrational medication and pharmacist guidance medication.Therefore,carrying out the medication account has great practical significance for the safety of children′s drugs.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the medication account before the hospital,this paper puts forward some improvement measures to improve the content and form of the medication account in order to effectively avoid the inappropriateness and error of the medication,so as to enhance the medication compliance of children,improve the safety and rationality of medication,and enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care quantity.
