临床护理路径在PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in PICC patients with tumor chemotherapy

目的研究临床护理路径在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)肿瘤化疗患者中的价值。方法选取2016年4月~2017年9月我院收治的89例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,按随机单双数法分为两组,对照组(44例)进行常规护理,观察组(45例)予以临床护理路径护理,比较两组的并发症总发生率和置管成功率及患者PICC置管知识掌握程度。结果观察组的导管破损、导管感染等并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PICC置管知识掌握度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组置管成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者进行临床护理路径护理可减少患者并发症,提高置管成功率和患者知识掌握度,临床有推广价值。

Objective To study the value of clinical care pathways in patients undergoing central venous catheterization via peripheral venipunctur(PICC)catheterization for chemotherapy.Methods A total of 89 cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected as study objects,and divided into two groups according to random single and double number method.The control group(44 cases)for routine nursing,and the observation group(45 cases)for clinical nursing path nursing.Total incidence of complications,success rate of catheterization and knowledge level of PICC catheterization between two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications such as catheter damage and catheter infection in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically differences(P<0.05).The knowledge level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of catheterization in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path for patients undergoing PICC catheterization chemotherapy can reduce the complications of patients,improve the success rate of catheterization and patient knowledge grasp,which is of value for promotion.
