PDCA循环联合细节护理在控制手术室医院感染中的作用

Role of PDCA cycle plus detail nursing management in the controlment of nosocomial infection in operating room

目的探讨PDCA循环联合细节护理在控制手术室医院感染中的作用。方法选取2017年4月~2018年2月我院手术室手术的100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用PDCA循环联合细节护理。比较两组护理总满意度、护理质量评分、医院感染发生率及消毒合格率等。结果研究组护理总满意度及护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组感染总发生率显著低于对照组,消毒合格率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环联合细节护理能显著提升护理满意度、护理质量评分,降低手术室医院感染率,提升消毒合格率,值得在手术室管理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of PDCA cycle plus detail nursing management in the controlment of operating room′s nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent sargery in the operating room of our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were selected.All patients were divided into the research group and the control group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,while PDCA cycle plus detail nursing and routine nursing were usedthe research group.Nursing total satisfaction,nursing quality score,nosocomial infection rate and disinfection qualification rate were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing total satisfaction rate and nursing quality score in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nosocomial infection rate in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the qualified rate of disinfection was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle plus detailed nursing can significantly improve nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality score,reduce the nosocomial infection rate in the operating room,improve the disinfection rate.It is worth promoting in the management of the operating room.
