疼痛护理对乳腺癌术后患者疼痛缓解效果及护理满意度的影响

Influence of pain care in the pain relief and nursing satisfaction after the operation of breast cancer

目的分析疼痛护理对乳腺癌(BC)术后患者疼痛缓解效果及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年4月我院收治的110例BC患者,采用电脑随机法将其分为干预组和对照组,每组各55例。干预组在对照组护理基础上实施疼痛护理,对照组采用常规护理服务,评价两组的疼痛情况、护理总满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果干预组护理总满意度为94.55%,高于对照组的83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后干预组SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施疼痛护理可有效改善BC术后患者疼痛缓解效果,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of pain care in the pain relief and nursing satisfaction after the operation of breast cancer(BC).Methods A total of 110 BC patients treated from June 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by computer random method,55 cases in each group.The control group was served with routine nursing care;on the basis of the former,the intervention group was served with pain care.The pain degree,nursing satisfaction and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores were evaluated.Results The overall nursing satisfaction in the intervention group(94.55%)was higher than that of control group(83.64%),with statistically difference(P<0.05);the pain degree in the intervention group was milder than that of control group(P<0.05);before intervention,the SAS cores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS scores in the intervention group were lower than those of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After the operation of BC,the pain care can remarkably relieve the pain and increase the nursing satisfaction.
