安全护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用效果

Application effect of safety nursing in pediatric operating room nursing

目的探讨安全护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年12月我院收治的150例手术患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)和研究组(75例)。对照组采用手术室常规护理方法,研究组采用联合手术室常规护理安全护理方法。比较两组家属护理总满意度,手术相关指标及护理前后的生活质量评分。结果研究组家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿护理前的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室小儿手术中应用安全护理干预措施的效果确切。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety nursing in pediatric operating room nursing.Methods A total of 150 cases of surgical children admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(75 cases)and research group(75 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was adopted the routine nursing method in the operating room,and the research group was adopted the routine nursing safety nursing method in the combined operating room.The total satisfaction of family nursing,operation related indicators and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of family nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the children in the research group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative pain score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life after nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of safe nursing intervention in children′s operation in operating room is exact.
