营养护理干预对糖代谢异常孕妇的血糖和血脂水平的改善作用

Improvement effect of nutritional nursing intervention on blood glucose and blood lipid levels in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism

目的分析营养护理干预对糖代谢异常孕妇血糖和血脂水平的改善作用。方法随机抽取2016年1月~2017年6月在我院产科确诊的糖代谢异常孕妇92例,根据随机对照试验设计将患者分为两组,各46例。对照组仅定期到院随访,观察组并接受营养护理干预。比较两组孕妇的血糖、血脂变化。结果两组孕妇干预前的血糖、血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组孕妇干预后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孕妇干预前后的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组孕妇干预前后的血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对糖代谢异常孕妇采取营养护理干预能加强对孕妇血糖的控制,对血脂无明显影响。

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of nutritional nursing intervention on blood glucose and blood lipid levels in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism.Methods A total of 92 pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly selected.According to the randomized controlled trial design,the patients were divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.In the control group,participants visited hospital regularly for follow up,while in the observation group,nutritional nursing intervention was added.The changes of blood glucose and blood lipids in pregnant women between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid indexes in pregnant women between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FBG)and postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)of pregnant women in the observation group were lower than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in HbA1c in pregnant women between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in HbA1c between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in blood lipid indexes in pregnant women between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05);there were no significant differences in blood lipid indexes in pregnant women between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Nutritional nursing intervention for pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism can strengthen the blood glucose control of pregnant women,but without obvious effect on blood lipid.
