艺术传媒创新人才培养的模式构建

THE MODEL CONSTRUCTION OF INNOVATIVE TALENTS TRAINING IN ART MEDIA

随着媒介技术的不断发展,新的产业、动能、技术、模式等必然代替掉旧的技术产能,只有这样才能适应我国的经济技术的发展。在这种趋势下,行业对传媒人才的需求量逐渐增大,传媒人才的教育理念亟待更新。为顺应这一时代发展,培养更多优质的传媒人才,高校作为人才培养的主阵地,承担着为社会输送更多优质人才的重要义务。然而,一味遵循守旧,按其原有的培养模式已经难以满足对创新性、复合型人才的需求,旧的人才培养模式亟待变革。为更好地满足社会对传媒人才的需求,将创新创业教育逐渐融入到人才培养模式中,从而使二者实现了深度融合。

With the continuous development of media technology,new industries, kinetic energy,technology,and models will inevitably replace the old technological capacity. Only in this way can we adapt to the development of China's economic technology. Under this trend,the demand for media talents in the industry is gradually increasing,and the educational concept of media talents needs to be updated. In order to comply with the development trend of this era and cultivate more highquality media talents,colleges and universities,as the main position of talent cultivation,bear the important obligation of delivering more high-quality talents to the society. However,blindly following the old-fashioned,it is difficult to meet the demand for innovative and compound talents according to its original training mode. The old talent training model needs to be changed. In order to better meet the needs of the society for media talents,and gradually integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training model,thus enabling the two to achieve deep integration.
